Native Electron app for Windows & macOS. Enriches Shoptet admin with a Nova Post column, one-click shipment creation, bulk label download, auto-extract order data. No Shoptet API subscription needed.

Checkout Widget

Nova Post branch picker embedded in checkout. Customer selects branch, data flows to merchant admin. Auto-installed by the desktop app.

Backend API

Node.js + PostgreSQL. JWT authentication, multi-tenant isolation, data validation. Nova Post API integration for shipments, labels and tracking.

BDash (Biatec Dashboard)

Web dashboard for the e-shop admin. Register the e-shop, store Nova Post API keys and contracts, configure sender details, and generate operator access codes — all in one place, accessible from any browser.

Domestic, cross-border and customs covered — from order to printed label, with live tracking in Shoptet.

Label & customs printing

100×100 mm thermal label for every shipment. A4 Commercial Invoice and Customs Declaration for non-EU destinations. Dual-printer workflow — thermal + A4 — driven from the desktop app.

Live tracking, in Shoptet

Nova Post webhooks update shipment status in real time. Shoptet order list gets a dedicated Nova Post status column — operators see "In transit", "Delivered", "Returned" without leaving the admin.

Cross-border ready

Send CZ → EU and CZ → UA out of the box. HS code, English product name and material captured per line item, customs paperwork generated automatically.

Bulk wizard

Create dozens of shipments in one pass — guided multi-step modal, per-order validation, partial-failure recovery. Labels print as the batch completes.

Cancel & resend

Cancel a shipment before pickup or create a copy of a returned parcel in a single click — recipient and contents pre-filled from the original order.

Operator UI ships in Czech, Slovak, English and Ukrainian on day one. Test mode and Production mode use separate API keys with a clear visual badge — no accidental real shipments during onboarding.

Security

Built for Trust

HTTPS Everywhere

All communication encrypted — widget, API, dashboard. API keys never exposed to browser, stored server-side only.

JWT + Project Token Auth

Token-based authentication with expiration. Role-based access control — admin vs operator. Delegated access without sharing credentials.

EU-hosted Infrastructure

Hetzner Germany. Docker containers. GDPR-friendly data processing. Minimal data storage — we pass shipping info to Nova Post, no unnecessary retention.

Encrypted secrets at rest

Nova Post API keys and bank account numbers are column-encrypted in PostgreSQL (pgcrypto). Operators never see the underlying credentials — only the admin can read them back.

Email-verified registration

Two-phase signup with a one-time token (24 h TTL). The API responds the same way for new and existing addresses — accounts cannot be enumerated through the public form.

Hardened backend

Outbound requests go through an SSRF allow-list. The backend refuses to boot on a default JWT secret. Auto-updates ship over HTTPS — no Microsoft Store or App Store delays.
